Excerpt from the Foreword through basic corridor: Andre de Dienes is likely one of the nice photographers of those instances. he's instantly a mix of restlessness and interest; he's somebody of serious sensitivity, a perfectionist who can by no means rather be chuffed. He has the force and commitment of an artist and the means of a grasp photographer.
His good fortune in nude images - and, I truthfully think, he's the best exponent of this tough box on this planet - depends upon a mix of various attributes and talent. definitely, the nude isn't any topic for the dilettante; yet de Dienes is a expert of decades' experience.
Elsewhere he tells whatever of the difficulty he is taking within the choice of versions and placement, the alternative and association of "props", the lengthy wait - or rush, because the case will be - to trap the sunshine simply as he calls for it for his objective, the psychological pressure which accompanies the actual attempt of a chronic session.
Unintentionally, too, he will pay a substantial tribute to the Rolleiflex while he revels that each one the images during this so much amazing choice have been made via that flexible little digicam.
